Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Nutrition plans are included in the monthly membership program. if you choose any other program a nutritional plan will vary in price depending on needs.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Any equipment will do, I will bring all necessary fitness equipment to our sessions.
How are you different from a regular gym trainer?
I am different in the fact that my loyalty is to my customers not to the gym. My customers are my lifeline and I will go above and beyond to make sure they reach their goals.
Do you offer plans for in gym training?
Yes, I can train you in a gym of your choice (must receive proper approval from gym management , or one of the gyms that I have arrangements with.
